Terms and conditions Your User Agreement: The following describes the terms on which CoffeeBreakLessons™ offer you access to services. Introduction These terms and conditions apply to the services available from the domain and sub-domains of http://www.coffeebreaklessons.com and from all other CoffeeBreakLessons™ branded websites, (together, the "Site"). Using the Site You may not use the Site if you are under the age of 18 or you are not able to form legally binding contracts. Fees Unless otherwise stated, all fees are payable through the payment gateway of PayPal www.paypal.com. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes (including any value added tax) associated with using the Site in a timely manner with a valid payment method. When you agree to purchase from us using PayPal, you are bound by PayPal's Terms and Conditions. We do not take any responsibility of transactions you make over the PayPal payment gateway in the process of purchasing our products and services. In case of technical difficulties or any other difficulty associated with the online payment process, you should contact PayPal support directly. Please read the User Agreement of PayPal www.paypal.com. Commencement of our services to you is conditional upon our PayPal account being credited by your payment. Content licence When we supply you with content, we have the right to exercise the copyright, trade marks, database rights and all other intellectual property rights we may have in the content, in any media known now or in the future. Liability Nothing in this User Agreement shall limit or exclude our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents or employees or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. We cannot guarantee continuous or secure access to our services, and operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. While we will use our reasonable endeavours to maintain an uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee this and we do not give any promises or warranties (whether express or implied) about the availability of our services. We (including our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees) shall not be liable to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, such as loss of data, profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation or business interruption or for any losses which are not reasonably foreseeable by us arising out of your use of our Site. Restrictions on Use of Online Materials Access to content of lessons (or modules) is provided over a limited period of time, normally for a period of one year. The period is specified in the online shop, next to the description of each module. The availability of Free Extra content and Mobile access to lessons is solely at our discretion and may be changed or discontinued without notice. All online content on the coffeebreaklessons.com site, including, without limitation, text, software, names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, images, photos, illustrations, audio clips, video clips, and music are copyrighted intellectual property. All usage rights are owned and controlled by coffeebreaklessons.com. You may download the audio files that we allow you to download for non-commercial, personal use only provided you 1) retain all copyright, trademark and propriety notices, 2) make no modifications to the materials, 3) do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with any of our products, services, events or brands, and 4) do not download quantities of materials to a database, server, or personal computer for reuse for commercial purposes. full and complete title to the software and to all of the associated

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission.
