We
accept payments online through PayPal online payment service. After
you decide which Modules of lessons
you wish to purchase, please read our Terms
and conditions and proceed to the MyAccount page to create an account with us and to start your purchase.
When you get to the stage of finalising your purchase, you are asked to press the Confirm Order button
shown below.

After pressing the Confirm Order button, you are automatically re-directed to the PayPal website. If you don't have
an existing account with PayPal, you need to enter and submit your payment details through a payment form (name, address, email, credit card and password).
We strongly request that you choose at the very least a password for your PayPal account that is different from the one you've chosen
to create your account at coffeebreaklessons.com. Also, please note that you must remember your PayPal email and password to access your PayPal account subsequently.
After filling and submitting the payment form, you will see a page similar to below image where you have 2 options:
(a) continue check out (marked by a red rectangle in below image). This enables immediate completion of your purchase and access to
your PayPal account using the email address and password that you specified in the payment form.

(b) Login to complete the creation of your account using your PayPal password (the box that you see on the right hand side of the image). This may involve a simple process of
verification by PayPal to link your stored credit card details with your PayPal account so that you don't need to re-enter your payment details on subsequent purchases. Paypal explains this process when you get to this stage.
Please note that if you choose option (a) the first time you use PayPal to make a purchase, PayPal will
require that you to do so on subsequent purchases whereby you pay using your stored payment card details. Their system does not allow duplicate entries of a customer's details (including Credit Cards and Email addresses) if entered already once before.
We strongly request that you use at the very least a different password to access your PayPal account than the one you choose
to access your account with us at coffeebreaklessons.com. As a matter of policy and for your own security, we do not wish to receive or store in the system of coffeebreaklessons.com any information related to your payment details. If you choose
to do so, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage you may suffer through fraudulent use of your PayPal account which is solely your responsibility and that of PayPal.
If you have a query about our published prices, subscription terms or if you believe you have paid us but you are unable to access your
lessons online, please contact us through the Support page and we shall get back to you during our working hours.
If you need to raise an issue with the processing of your payment with PayPal, please contact PayPal directly as we will not be able to assist you
with PayPal related issues as stated in the Fees clause of our Terms and conditions.
When
you make a purchase with us, you submit your Credit Card details to PayPal who are solely responsible for the information you submit
to them. We do not ask you to submit your Credit Card details to our website nor we have access to such information. You can read about PayPal here.
Just go to the My Lessons page of this website and login using the same email address and password that you've chosen
to create an Account with us.
We
will not use your name or email for third party marketing purposes unless
we have your written consent to do so.
Your
access to lessons will be discontinued immediately with no entitlement to a refund if a person other than yourself
tries to access lessons using your unique username/password. Our IP session monitoring identifies and tracks subscribers online based
on their network addresses, time of day and other criteria to name a few.

In addition, in order to protect your user Account from fraudulent use and to also prevent
illegitimate use of our content, you are required to access your lessons with the same username/password with
which you created your Account at CoffeeBreakLessons. Sharing your
username/password with other persons allows them to access your personal information in our system.
Sharing your username/password
with another person is not allowed and results in the closure of your account as explained in the previous point. However, there is a facility in the Buy page (column on right hand side of page) that enables you to send an email to a friend informing them about a particular module of lessons.
A new
password can be issued and sent out to your registered email address from this page Account.
Technical FAQ
Press the Download to iTunes button which appears at the top of each lesson. Provided iTunes is installed on your computer,
this will launch iTunes automatically and start downloading the audio file to the podcast section of iTunes.

If the automatic download does not work, you can copy the link that appears at the bottom of every lesson page (under
Quick Troubleshooting) and use it to subscribe to this lesson's Podcast. If you don't
know how to subscribe to Podcasts using iTunes, please read the
iTunes help file which is quite straight forward. We do not offer
support for third party software such as iTunes. The below image shows the iTunes menu selection that will allow you to
manually enter the podcast link in order to start the download.
The link to the mobile lessons pages is www.coffeebreaklessons.com/modules/mobilemodules.php
The mobile lessons pages have been optimised and tested with the following operating systems/devices:
- Windows Mobile® 6.1 Professional (HTC mobile phone with RAM 288 MB and Processor Qualcomm® MSM 7201A 528 MHz)
- Nokia E71 and Nokia 5800 Xpress Music
- Blackberry Bold 9000
We do not guarantee access to lessons with all mobile devices especially those that have different specifications
than the ones used in our testing.
iPhone and iPod are not fully compatible at the moment. Tests showed that audio files that are embeded in lessons do not play
in a consistent manner with these devices. We continue to work with Apple to find a solution for this issue. However, the main lesson audio can be downloaded
to iTunes and played on iPod as a standalone audio file.
You can install Widgets offered by Yahoo or other similar providers. Once you activate your subscription
to our free RSS feed, the Widget will start displaying the information we send you. A link to our free RSS feed is available in the My Lessons page after you login.
A Widget is similar to having a RSS reader software installed.
If you choose not to install a dedicated RSS Reader software as explained in the next point of this FAQ, you can still
easily access our RSS feeds from your browsers. Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3.5, Opera and Safari all have a
simple way of adding RSS feeds. Just paste our RSS link as if you are adding any web address in the browser's address bar, the browsers will automatically
recognise our feed(s) and give you the option to subscribe to it. Subscribing to the RSS feed does not mean you have to pay because
those feeds are free to customers who purchase lessons from us, it just means you instruct your browser to start pulling content from our feed.
The main benefit of installing a RSS reader is that a notification will pop up on
your desktop whenever there is an update to our RSS feed and also have advanced control over delivery times of a feed.
Extras
(cultural information and entertainment) are delivered to paying
customers free of charge in the form of an RSS Feed. A link to our free RSS feed is available in the My Lessons page after you login. There are two
ways to receive RSS feeds: (a) through your browser (most
browsers allow you to receive RSS feeds as explained in above point) or (b) by installing
a lightweight software called an "RSS reader" on your
computer. RSS reader softwares provide features that are more advanced
than the RSS capabilities of traditional browsers.
Once installed, an RSS reader (or your RSS enabled browser) will
communicate with our server and pull your free Extras to
your desktop for online viewing, similar to browsing a website.
RSS readers are widely used to receive dynamic content, you are
free to use any kind of RSS Readers.
If you wish to use the RSS reader that we sugget, please read the
installation steps below, you can download a video
(5 Mb) showing you a live installation demo:
1. Download the self extracting rssreader.exe
and save it in your 'Program files' folder of your C drive. If you
don't get a dialog box when clicking on the link, just right click
your mouse on the link and choose save.
2. Double click on the rssreader.exe so it would self install
3. Once installed, click on the desktop icon to launch the RSS reader software
4. Click the "Add +" button and enter the link to our RSS feed in the dialog box that pops up.
(example link: http://www.coffeebreaklessons.com/arabiclessons/marc&142.xml)
5. Then press the Next button. After this step, the dialog box
appears with the link above replaced by a title (for example:
Arabic lesson). Press the Next button again and then press
the OK button. The Extra content will automatically appear in
the window as per sample content below:

After reading the content, you can close the software by Closing
its window. The software will continue running in the background
and automatically download any Extras from our server. When running
in the background, the software will appear as an icon on your
toolbar as shown below. The software will also launch itself as
soon as you start up your computer, so there is no need to do
anything to keep it running.
Choose Tools from the menu and then Options. Then click on the Feeds tab and here just change the value of Time to display new headlines pop up window to the setting you wish.
This
should not happen, but if it does, choose Tools from the menu and
then Options. Under the General tab, enable automatic launch by
clicking on Start RSS Reader when windows starts. Below is
the pop up window of your RSS reader that notifies you of incoming
Extras.
You
can choose to have headlines appear constantly in your RSS reader
or that they disappear after a period of time. This can be controlled
by choosing Tools from the menu and then Options. Then click on
the Feeds tab and here just change the value of Default headlines
storage period to the setting you wish.
Bear in mind that even if the headlines disappear, the RSS reader
is set to retrieve your Extras files at time intervals when RSS
reader is running, therefore if the headlines disappear from your
RSS reader, they will soon re-appear again.
Just go to the My Lessons page of this website and login using the same email address and password that you've chosen
to create an Account with us.
You
do not need to enter your username and password for every lesson,
you do this once in any one session in order to access one or more
modules of lessons.
